Now, I don't chug a lot of things as readily as I do Gatorade after a run.  A bowl of fresh fruit (thanks, Cynde) and a bottle of Gatorade makes a six mile run seem much more refreshing.  When I have it in stock, I love being rejuvenated.  Sweat.  Breathe.  Become reenergized.
